You might also consider consulting a lawyer. Consults are typically free and depending on your state you may be ent**led to more money than just your last pay check. ***Some states have a law where you are legally ent**led to your last paycheck AND pay for EVERY DAY you had to wait.
IF THEY IGNORE THE LABOR BOARD INVESTIGATION rest assured the case will be forwarded to the attorney generals office in your state and federal prosecution will commence.
None of this happens over night, it may take a long time. I suggest you take action immediately!!!!

For those of you who are wondering what happened still. They stopped paying rent and their employees of 3 years without any explanation. The owner are looking at charges for tax evasion, labor fraud, and have been indited for selling synthetic research chemicals (spice) in Ohio (2013) as well as money laundering.
