Ya just bought 2 products at ripoff packs for $20 got about a mile down the road and was checking the products and neither one Worked.Turned around went back to the store to return them or exchange them for something else the SMART ASS lady working told me I couldn`t return them.Now to me that is a bad business ripoff out and out thievery stealing taking money giving trash in return.The products were a birthday gift and the $20 for me was hard to get now I`m out $20 and have no gift.I just want all my facebook friends and all their friends to see this and never darken the door of hard packs again or your liable to be ripped of yourself also going to the BBB and fill out a complaint.Hey ripoff packs you can delete this post but I have a copy and it will be posted ever time it gets deleted I hate to be like that but that was my last and only $20 never bought anything at a business that didn`t work that couldn`t be returned or exchanged.Even at a junk yard may not give your money back but they will exchange it.But what I found out hard packs is not a business it`s a RIPOFF JOINT and thats all i have to say about that for now....
