I hate to say that after over 10 years of shopping with Uncle, we will be taking our business elsewhere over a total of $4.83. The principal is that if you sell me something that doesn't work and I drive back 15 miles to tell you you should make it right. Not charge me to make it right. It is fine and I know Uncle knows me and would have fixed it. His staff does not share his customer service skills.
