I wasted 40 minutes driving there at 2am on Xmas morning, because the man I had spoken on the phone with had assured me they had a large selection of butane torches. I had also specifically asked if they had Newport brand torches and he said yes. When I had arrived, there's was nothing but two torches. I asked about the Newport brand torches he said they had, and he rudely replied with we have Newport butane, not torches. I was beyond offended. On Christmas morning I wasted a total of 80 minutes driving there and back to only find out I had been lied to, and that I was going to be treated with disrespect! This night/morning has made me extremely skeptical of their other establishments, and makes me wonder if they were taught this as a sales tactic!
