not sure if anyone will read this or care but i thought i would post this anyways. i went into your concord location today and purchased a gla** slider. 9mm for 7 bucks. when i got home (20 min drive) when i got home the slider was broken. i reluctantly drove the 20 min back to the store to show the employee what happened. she was awesome and replaced it without a question. i get home and open up the new one and this one isnt broken but there is a 3 cm hairline fracture down the slider. i didnt want to drive back to the store again so i have accepted it how it is. i just wanted to post so that maybe you guys could maybe do something about how you are handaling your products so that maybe this wont happen in the future. thanks!!
