h***o, I just wanted to provide some feedback to help make your customer service a bit better. Earlier today I called with some questions and a female associate of yours answered. She provided me with some answers, which turned out to be incorrect, so I called back, having spent cab fare (I am unable to drive) and time to make the trip, based on said incorrect info. All I wanted was a quick oops, my bad. Instead, she was belligerent, condescending, and hung up on me after saying I have actual customers I need to help. So, y'know, whatever. I'm sure you guys are great in general, but I just wanted you to be aware of this incident so that, hopefully, my being inconvenienced will help prevent other people who are mobility-challenged from being inconvenienced in the future. If Miss Patronizing reads this, work on your customer service skills, yo. And if her boss reads this, please don't fire her or anything. I don't want her job to be impacted at all -- *I'm* not petty.
