I placed an order 3 weeks ago. Never received any kind of email or confirmation. I spoke to someone almost 2 weeks ago who said my order was fine, that my cc was captured and it would ship soon. STILL NOTHING! I've called and always get VM left multiple messages, no calls are ever returned. I've sent emails, no response. This is a poor way to do buisness. Order number is 100000153
