A Pewaukee woman was pulled over in Muskego after police found her license expired, but as they searched her record, and the vehicle, her trouble mounted.

 

According to Muskego Police reports:

 

An officer pulled over a woman about 1:20 a.m. Dec. 18 in the W19500 block of College Court after an officer noticed that her plates were expired. A check of the woman's record also revealed that she was driving after her license had been suspended, and that she had also received a citation from Waukesha County Sheriff for the same offense, as well as not having valid insurance, and not wearing a seat belt.

 

After finding out the woman also had previously been convicted on three separate occasions for possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia in Milwaukee and New Berlin, the officer requested a K-9 unit from New Berlin to search the vehicle, according to the report.

 

The woman admitted to the officer that he would find IV syringes behind the seat in a baby wipes container, but he also found several multi-colored glass pipes inside of a child's Sponge Bob sock, a baggie containing THC, or the chemical in marijuana, and several marijuana-laced cigarettes called "roaches" in a pack of Camels. The baby wipes container also held "numerous cookers used to heat narcotics with residue" according to the report.

 

The K-9 search also yielded a white paper bag in the glove box, which contained Naloxone, a prescription used to counteract other narcotics, along with a prescription set of syringes from Life Point Needle Exchange.

 

In the trunk, a shopping bag was also found with syringes in a pack of Camel cigarettes and an additional cooker. Reports state the woman's purse also held several additional needles and tin cookers.

 

While reports stated that some of the charges may be referred to the Waukesha County District Attorney's office, none have surfaced yet. She is facing charges in Muskego Municipal Court for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of THC.
